Meditation

Even when i was in the car coming here, i was like, the driver, remember as i'll talk to you on m i was feeling so nd i meditated this morning. And then i get in the car, and old alpacina with driving gloves won't stop looking at his phone the whole ride. I try to shift my perspective to like, he's a good teacher, like he just showed me what an ass hole i am. Even though i wanted to be beautiful, being of love. It's really hard to clear your mind. You don't know, i seven miles feels like. So this is why i need meditation, because all that sed comes so natural
