The Power of Emotional Connection

I think everyone who's in coaching or teaching or, you know, facilitation probably enjoys those moments the best because that's when you kind of, you kind of break through. You see it in the penny drops in their heads and all of a sudden goes like, oh, yeah, right. And that's, and that's so rewarding. But actually being able to, you're having someone in front of you and seeing them kind of get it or somehow the penny drop or just have an emotional connection somehow is what I love about my job.
