The Tension Between Temporary and Permanent
The 7 July Memorial and Studio East are two of the practice's most recent projects. They were both designed in just 19 days, a time frame that is very different from what many architects tend to aim for when they begin their careers. The work shows an intense focus on purpose but also recognizes its fragility at times like these.
