Introduction

The book of Leviticus is set in between the Israelites rescue from slavery and their deliverance into the promised land God set for them. On the surface, Leviticus might look like a collection of laws that no longer apply, but it's really a story of God pursuing his most beloved creation, us. Since the beginning, God has always wanted a relationship with his people, but they consistently turned their backs on him just like us.
