Building a PM Community for People Managers
I would start by just having a lot of conversations with the managers themselves to understand what is needed first. I think it was building around things that didn't exist elsewhere there's a lot of people out of the community he's out there and like for example like lattice has a really good research for humans black group 20 000 people in it we were not gonna go out there and build that exact same thing. People already had a space to just like go find a ton of conversations with threads and information there. Alex: Where did you see that the community actually solved the challenges mostly is it the knowledge sharing or just people you know I belong somewhere this came to my mind.
