Sleep Basics - Is Your Bedroom Dark?

The first three important pillars to it are like, you know, is your bedroom dark, right? Is your bedroom quiet? And then is the temperature. We know that temperature can help facilitate a good night of sleep. Also alcohol, caffeine and exercise for most people can be really helpful in promoting sleep. But the timing matters, right? If it's too close to bedtime, for a segment of the population, it can make sleep more challenging to bring on or might make it less restorative.
