i'm a big advocate with teaming up with colleagues, because it makes it more fun. But you have to make sure yu're on the same page in terms of what you want to get out of it. The person that's not having the problems needs to know how to treat the one that's struggling,. With harsh love, or whatever else, ind what their expectations are. And we need nt end like people need to have the same level of commitment, or at least be frank to the other person. What their level of commitment is going to be, yer absolute. Because when shit has the fan, which it will, because it's a project with a dead line
