Strength Versus Weakness

I find this interesting is something that along the lines of squatting and strength that I found really helpful for narrow ISAs in particular. Like you're just doing a bunch of quick impulse based squat jumps or you don't even try to draw it out. You're just kind of staying in a chair and driving your knees up and bouncing. And I see that being a really cool training tool for a narrow ISA. It's not that you can't do the same things with with wines and narrows, but you just have to be very selective as to how much how long.
