Fish is one of the highest PFAS laden foods, so be careful with your fish. You cannot avoid them in the world we live in altogether, okay? But don't despair because you can cut your exposure way, way, way down by just going for the big ticket items. And the biggest ticket item is drinking water and the federal government is finally doing something about it.

This episode was produced by Avishay Artsy, edited by Amina Al-Sadi, fact-checked by Laura Bullard and Haleema Shah, engineered by Paul Robert Mounsey and Patrick Boyd, and hosted by Sean Rameswaram.
