The Importance of Coherence in Design

Consistency is almost like a property of the thing, whether I'm not you're experiencing it. So that's like a different layer almost before me. It comes before coherent. So there's like a Venn diagram maybe and it's not complete overlap. But yeah, I guess what I'm saying is coherent feels like it is to do more with your current experience. Does my current experience feel coherent?
