In Erie, Pennsylvania, 10% of the town has a refugee population. Many majority Hispanic towns that were like Dodge City were not that way traditionally. The language that you hear is, we are all better for it. We're going to get along and it makes a stronger in the kind of way all rise together. You hear words like collaborate, cooperate. It seems to be the human motivation to want to get along with people, even if they're not like you.
