Lactate gets a bad, bad run. And I think George Brooks is doing a good job of showing how important lactate is. It can go from fast fibres to slow fibres and be converted and oxidized,. broken down aerobically, can go to the liver and be converted to glucose. So if you lactate is important, and nowadays it's even, well, I've been trying to get George Brooks on, but he's he hasn't been hasn't responded yet.
