Do You Have High Triglycerides?
Some people out there call fruits, nature's candy. Should patients be concerned about their excess fruit consumption in regards to reducing sweets or does that not matter here? That's a good question, I do encourage people to have a mindfulness of not overdoing fruit. The National Nutrition Care Manual recommends trying to get two to three cups of vegetables per day and try to get up to a cup of fruit per day.
