CPython for Windows

There will be cross-platform Visual Studio Code Python support coming soon. The person responsible for producing the builds of CPython for Windows effectively resigned and said, you know, I've got other things I need to step away for a bit. So if someone else wants to take over, then they're more than welcome to. It's not something that you can change dramatically too often.
