The stimulus condition for the dispositions that explain free will involve things like choosing or trying or deciding. So when the agent tries on the basis of reasons, then they perform an action. Here we're thinking like the agency stuff isn't happening in the manifestation. The agency stuff is happening in the stimulus. It's happening prior to. And here I just think, well look, you just got to tell me what it is for an agent to try.
