In a single ventricle we're okay giving oxygen if it's a ductal dependent lesion that can be a little more worrisome fluids not only safe, but mostly safe but are actually very important. One other thing that I think comes up to mind is some of the basic medicines that we prescribe you know things like ibuprofen or inset are those safe for individuals that have certain types of congenital heart disease.
