Jason Josh: How do you address failure when people rely on artificial intelligence more and more? Jason Josh: We just rely so much on machines to have the answer always. He says we don't exactly know what is going to be asked of the machines or how they might respond. It means that we're really designing for uncertainty and designing for failure, he says. James Mitchell asks a question about presenting errors to users within AI.
