How to Interview for Admin Positions

She usually just call them up cold and say, Hey, this is Jana. You applied for this position. Our next step is that you take a skills assessment. And then from there, they tell me if they are not, and then that's when I'm sending it to them. The process needs to be streamlined to which you're maximizing the time," she says.
