CBD and the Future of Cosmetics

In the United States, only certain things can be claimed to allow hair to grow back and unfortunately CBD isn't one of them. There are just no studies that actually can substantiate that that is a benefit of CBD. It's still not really regulated for cosmetic products until the 2018 Farm Bill is an act. I think we're going to have to start a new segment is like getting high with CBD or something like that.
