Pulumi Is a CLI. But It's Only Part of the Offering.
Pulumi is a self-serving portal for developers more or less, right? They can spin up their own resources in the cloud that you're interested in from the API. I just rewrote the GitHub action to be built on top of our automation API because we want to know that people are able to do things in their own way. It's showing people that you don't need to use Pulumi as a raw CLI.
