Is There a Difference Between Being Driven and Being a Political Agent?

Ino: My own mental health is much more tied up with the ability to pit to make meaning out of the world. I think talking about being driven and having that level of agency is always seen as like a capitalistic thing. And i don't think both things go together. We need just a massively better funded, you know, public mental health service. That an important part of the labour manifesto at the last two elections, probably won't be at the next one unless the current changes are made.
