The Evidence Is Best for a Mind Diet

Getting an adequate amount of arobic exercise reduces risk significantly. There is evidence that a plant based meditranan style diet does slow the progression of aleimers, if started before symptoms occur. Social stimulation and intellectual stimulation are more controversial. But in general, avoidingtred meats and eating meat-free foods seems to be beneficial. Doing crossword puzzles makes you good at doing cross words, but it doesn't really help your memory.
