The Origins of Pokemon
Miyamoto suggested there be two versions of the games and even in old interviews he insists like hey it's not just for money I'm just saying Game Freak should make two versions. They originally wanted to have 62,000 randomly generated characters but as they got into it was like yeah that's a that's gonna be kind of impossible. Nintendo had people coming to them game designers sometimes coming to them sometimes with concepts that EAD can then take and you know try to crystallize intolike game designs.
