Munger: "I don't like huge capital costs and huge risks" Munger says he doesn't worry about the Federal Reserve balance sheet. He thinks it's fulfilling functions for which it was established, but would not have changed inflation objective to 2% a year from zero. The action has been in $100 bills, most of that is in U.S., Munger says.
