You Land on Dignity
Dignity is one of the things that journalists are supposed to consider when they weigh whether or not to publish something. The law does this so much, as you know, rigt negligence, what is reasonable? How can we really take a look at how we would define a word like dignity? Well, juries do that sort of thing every single day. Judges do it as well. So i'm just less worried about a definition for it being at least somewhat confident knowing that even from the very beginning of the united states, that sort of ideal was there.
