Is It a Good Idea to Concentrate on North?

I think a few things that these guys are taking, which are, I mean, clear now they've been established to succeed politically, is that your message should be positive and not negative. And so when this Yatra enters the northern part, I would really like to see what people think about it. They say that Congress wants to concentrate on south, central and north-east. These are the areas where the Congress has not completely disappeared. In north, they have gone down considerably. So why can't they start, why don't they concentrate in that area?
