The Economy Is in a Funny State, Can You Fact Check That?
The economy is, it's a bit in a funny state right now, as a lot of people have pointed out. I think the storyline that the economy is apocalyptically bad and on the brink of disaster has just not borne out. The Federal Reserve has been raising interest rates to try and bring down inflation. But at the same time, we have this incredibly strong employment picture. And unemployment is very low. Wages for median workers have held up very strongly.
