The Fundamentals of the Web
If you're developing a regular, let's call it again, website or web page that stays in the browser for some seconds to a couple of minutes, then you probably don't need to worry about memory because there's very little likelihood that you'll get anywhere close to running out of it. But if you're implementing a long lived web page, like not just a single page application, but one that hangs around for a lengthy period of time, and those issues can become really significant really quickly. So going back to the fundamentals that you were talking about, my understanding that when you're talking about the fundamentals, what you really mean are the fundamentals of the web - HTML, CSS, JavaScript
