What Do You Expect From Your Prospects?
If you don't give people clarity on what it is that you actually expect them to do, they make two calls. So I won't let you go a week without telling me what meetings you had and what new opportunities you created. And then we can start having a conversation about what kind of resources do I have that will make this easier for you? What are you going to do when you need help? But I like guardrails. The leader has to care enough about their people that they can now understand where they need help and then get them the help that they need.
