Imagining a More Unified Europe Without Interstate Conflict

The key, at least in 20th century geopolitics, is you can't let anyone control the Eurasian ecumen. And no one was ever able to control the Western portion of that ecumen because of the incredible number of policies in Europe. But imagine if you have an ecumenical space totally unified. That's maybe we don't get a Marx because the history is so different with Doggerland.
