The Importance of Urine Electrolytes in ADHD

In SIADH, urine electrolytes and the serum uric acid are low. In heart failure and in volume depletion, that urine sodium is going to be low. And so you're really not seeing what the kidney wants to do. That's just a perfect setup for SIADH.
