I think that everything needs to be sustainable when it comes to nutrition and diet. I mean, you're not going to lose weight by really over controlling your during ride intake. We're talking about off the bike here. So from that standpoint, I don't think food rules make sense. And trust me, I have done all the diets. And yeah, they work temporarily, but they're not,. I don't care who you are, they're not sustainable.
