I always find you can maybe do two, possibly three of those per year a before things start getting a little unsustainable. You have to like let your ego drop a little bit and commit to these races. I want to pick these f k ts as my big i'm going to leave every last ounce of my energy out there. And then im going to use these trail races as ways to kind of perfect my fitness for that particular endeavor.
