How Can You Go From This to That?
i wanted to explore the ways that we oppress people systematically, not just black people, but brown people, asian women, trans community. Blue shows up against this backdrop where hope is pitted against a pretty brutal reality. So what's it like for you when you're working through a character like lu who is completely tabularasa? How do you balance how do you let lue speak for herself? I think sincerity is maybe the most mature position wean, any of us, can take.
