Mulholland Dry is not about that. The message part of it is the interesting part to me because people watch this film going like, what's the thing I'm supposed to decode here? Right. And it's not just like, what is the secret meaning of this film? But they treat it almost like it's like a Dan Brown puzzle left by the Knights Templar to uncover a conspiracy. Obviously, it's compelling to fold this conspiracy theory moon landing shit into it. Like he was, you know, he's telling us something like, it's a confession,. But I've never really gone beyond that beyond the fact that he wears a fucking moon.
