The Consientia of Humanity

I think one of the key examples more recently has been the notion of nuclear nonproliferation and nuclear disarmament. And for me, it's really understanding then how those communities that are ultimately most affected by nuclear weaponry. In my example, in the article, it'sreally Indigenous First Nations communities in America and also in the Marshall Islands. What that would then mean for our understanding of what progress constitutes in this context? I don't know if we should be looking for a linear progression or actually what has been and always remains there is different understandings and conceptualizations of time.
