The Importance of Product and Organization in a Company
Lila is based in Silicon Valley but its third co founder is from India. They plan on being centralized in India and having the majority of their workforce in India to get into the world workforce in India for a cost structure advantage. We felt like there was a labor force and people who are incredibly intelligent and smart and want to not work just on all the live ops stuff, they also want to work on new games or ambitious projects. So if we were to bet on India that we would be able to attract that kind of talent yeah.
