Travis Kelsey's Positional Value Is Important

Travis Kelsey in his last six seasons has had three years where he's averaged 18 and a half or more PPR fantasy points. He's been the number one tight end in all but one of those years. So I know he's gonna have a positional advantage, but I think he needs to have one of those 18 and ahalf or more point per game seasons. This is in PPR to really justify a top eight pick. You're losing too many fantasy points there.
