How to Track Your NPS Score Before Investing in a Company
NPS is a simple system and metric to track your customer feedback, get measure loyalty for us to measure across the portfolio companies. We are asking for it at a board meeting level on a quarterly basis, and we want to track the progress over time. I think it has become an institutional standard, not even just private equity, for venture capital, for all sorts of investing entities and even public companies. So yeah, it makes a lot of sense that you would have that consistency throughout the life cycle with your companies.
