The company was doing great. And so we were able to go out and, you know, set, set the terms and be very specific about what we wanted. Matt, who joined our board and led the round with, with QED is an ex operator. He built a, you know,. previously built a FinTech company. So he's done it before, right? I didn't want just VC to put in some money. I wanted someone who could help bring us to the next level.
