The Vipassana is a 10 day silent meditation retreat. It's literally designed for people who have never meditated before. You wake up at four four o'clock in the morning and you're meditating until uh, about I think 8 p.m. The only kind of preparation they tell you to do is Just kind of come with the right attitude that it's gonna be challenging But I'm just gonna have a what they call a strong determination to to finish it.
