Inflation and Housing Markets - What's Next?
Inflation is certainly one that's front of mine with everyone. The level of capital that agan has beenvested in residential real estate continues to pour more capital and is waiting for if they can find any dislocation. So it feels like at the moment, in e yoar term, it's just going to continue. And potentially see, at least within the development side of things, we're going to see more capital continue to be allocated there. But i think that this perception that inflation is with us for at least a year or two could continue to drive more people to selling equities, and may be looking alternative investments, including real estate.
