The Maintenance Piece Is Creating a Relationship

The maintenance piece is about remembering that their people, being constantly reminded of their humanity. Or maybe, if you have a new employee who starts, maybe they should fly up and hang out for week i know. I think building, creating those relationships, is accelerated dramatically in person, but i think you can maintain it when working remotely. It's not about being a hundred % productive. It's about building the bonds while also getting a little work done.
