Central Asian Countries - What if the EU Reunites?

All the Central Asian nations, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and so on and so forth. We also have Chinese occupied Xinjiang, which is East Turkistan. These nations are all overall, you could say Turkic in culture, but ethnically, they have differences. So, I don't see any reason why they would want to unite and form an union like the EU.
