We started by selling to people that were a lot like ourselves. There was a small but growing contingent of early stage soperas service companies. So we sold to those guys right out of the gate, invalidated product market fit with them. Shortly after that, we raised a seed round. We had our tech crunch slash product hunt moment. Our first positioning was actually to customers support people. And so i think if you dig back into the archives of the tet crunch article, it was talking about faster customers support through session re play. This is much better than having to go do a u x study and sit behind the mirrored wall, or get a product analytics tool where we got to go
