Getting Out of Your Head and Into Paper
A lot of people love apps like Asana or Trello. I have found that I often struggle with those types of apps because it exists in the ether and I can't look at it. So using some sort of project based system, again, it's about visual cues. Get it out of your head and onto paper because when you can see it, you can manage it. It feels so good to cross it off with a pencil.
