I would highly suggest journaling has gotten through me some rough times. Just helped me process stuff. I think just reaching out to other people and just be like, hey, this is like, it's okay to validate your feelings. And if you're going through some rough shit, man, like you're not a burden on other people. You'll find like everyone, if you have decent friends, like everyone is absolutely willing to talk to you and just be there for you.
