Is There a Human Universal in Terms of Sociality and Morality?

I do think we have a sort of universal pan-human psychology but that psychology has evolved in a variety of environments and contexts and is very malleable. Can we predict the variation as a function of you know ecological variables or cultural variables? I just think there's an interesting question there about on human sociality and morality.
