The Importance of Autonomy as an Attendant

As a trainee, you can have maximum autonomy and maximum supervision. That would be the ideal circumstance for a trainee. But it's hard to do, especially like I said, I'm pretty hands on. And there's the most liberating about being an attending is I don't have to wonder if I'm going to make somebody happy or not with the decisions I make.
