The swiss cheese model was an attempt to reconcile three different approaches to safety management at the time. The personcentric, engineering and organizational models were all being used in various ways. David: Is a set of swiss cheese really the best way to explain the need to embrace those different things? i think tru that's whyi sort of encouraging.
